YOU YOURSELF HAVE THE RESOURCES AND STRENGTH TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!

The program is designed to help you strengthen and use your own resources and abilities to create a better life. The following Well-Being Plan can be modified or combined with other action plans in the program, according to your special needs.

Ask for a free online introductory session so that together we can develop a plan for you.

Each plan consists of 4 online coaching/training sessions of 1 hour each, with one session per week. You will be asked to complete exercises and assignments between sessions, and you will receive additional material to reinforce learning and support your efforts.

 
 
 
 
CONTENT

This plan will help you develop and strengthen habits, attitudes and behaviours that favour balance, harmony and well-being in your life. Supported by guided exercises, practical tips and tools, and relaxation music, you will gain knowledge and skills to reduce stress levels and prevent exhaustion and burnout.

Duration: 1 month, 1 weekly session
