Meditation Music

M y music can be used as a relaxation or meditation exercise by putting the main focus during the exercise on the music, ie, that every time you discover that you are thinking about something while listening, you bring your attention back to listening.

The music creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere and is therefore excellent as background music for e.g. yoga, reiki and massage sessions, and to generally reduce stress levels during any activity.
