Well-Being Action Plans

 
 
• The program is designed to help you strengthen and use your own resources and abilities to create a better life.

• Through weekly online coaching/training sessions, you will receive useful knowledge and practical tools.

• With understanding, patience and perseverance on your part, as well as motivation and willingness to try something new, you will achieve the positive changes you need in your life.

The following Well-Being Action Plans are standard plans that can be modified or combined with each other, according to your special needs.

Ask for a free online introductory session so that together we can develop a tailor-made action plan for you.

Each standard plan consists of 4 online coaching/training sessions of 1 hour each, with one session per week. You will be asked to complete exercises and assignments between sessions, and you will receive additional material to reinforce learning and support your efforts. THE HOLISTIC PRINCIPLE

Many wellness and quality of life programs do not achieve their objectives because they do not have a comprehensive, holistic approach, but address the different situations in a partial manner.

When designing YOUR INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS ACTION PLAN, we will respect the universal holistic principle, taking into account your particular needs in all human dimensions, both in the physical, mental and emotional, as well as in the social and spiritual dimension.
