"Creating my Well-being" is a program designed to help you strengthen and use your own resources and abilities to create health and well-being.
Through weekly online counselling/coaching/training sessions, you will receive useful knowledge and practical tools.
Together with understanding, patience and perseverance on your part, as well as motivation and willingness to try something new, I will support you in your efforts to achieve the positive changes you seek.

Each plan consists of 4 online coaching/training sessions of 1 hour each, with one session per week. You will be asked to complete exercises and assignments between sessions, and you will receive additional material to reinforce learning and support your efforts.
