Well-being, focus and high performance

The following webinar series combine elements of my workshops and keynotes, all aimed at raising awareness about the importance of well-being in the workplace. They offer practical strategies, suggestions, and tools to help each member of the organization take responsibility and contribute to reducing stress levels, strengthening team spirit and improving working climate.

Content adapted to your team´s special needs

The webinar series are conducted online and consist of 45 - 90-minute modules, each covering a distinct topic. They can be tailored and combined to meet the specific needs of your team or organization. There is also the option to choose a single module at a time and gradually build on with additional modules. For those opting for a program of multiple modules, one module per week is recommended to allow participants ample time to digest the content and complete assigned tasks between sessions. In addition to the modules presented here, custom modules can be designed to address specific needs.

Mindfulness is the conscious and alert awareness of the moment, here and now. It’s about exercising our natural ability to be attentive and present, which has a positive impact on our physical, mental and emotional state. This set of webinars will teach you and your team, in a simple and down to earth manner, what mindfulness is and how to establish your own routine, both at home and at work.

When leaders and team members practice mindfulness, stress and impulsivity are reduced, making them calmer, more attentive, better listeners, more focused, and more positive. This leads to improved well-being, team spirit, and cooperation, ultimately resulting in higher performance.
