YOU YOURSELF HAVE THE RESOURCES AND STRENGTH TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!
The program is designed to help you strengthen and use your own resources and abilities to create a better life. The following Well-Being Plan can be modified or combined with other action plans in the program, according to your special needs.Ask for a free online introductory session so that together we can develop a plan for you.
Each plan consists of 4 online coaching/training sessions of 1 hour each, with one session per week. You will be asked to complete exercises and assignments between sessions, and you will receive additional material to reinforce learning and support your efforts.

Personal development means above all taking the initiative to improve how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to others. This plan will teach you to change inappropriate and limiting attitudes and behaviours using constructive self-criticism and cognitive techniques.
You will be invited to reflect on what it means to take into account universal wisdom in the way you live. You will also have the chance to look at your attitudes in relation to paradigms and beliefs, so that you can discover those that promote well-being, healthy relationships and peace.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the deeper meaning of life, which is a universal spiritual need.
Duration: 1 month, 1 weekly session
