Being mindful means being consciously aware of the present moment, here and now. Our natural ability to be aware and present can be strengthened through training, positively impacting our physical, mental, and emotional states.

When leaders and team members practice mindfulness, stress and impulsivity are reduced, making them calmer, more attentive, better listeners, more focused, and more positive. This leads to improved well-being, team spirit, and cooperation, ultimately resulting in better results.
