During the sessions on Positive Stress and Quality of Life, you will gain knowledge, develop skills, and acquire practical tools to enhance your breathing, reduce stress and anxiety, relax, improve focus, and manage digital addiction.

Additionally, you will receive strategies to prevent burnout, balance your personal and professional life, adapt more flexibly to changes, and handle uncertainty with greater confidence.

You will receive assignments between sessions to enhance learning and skills.
