YOU YOURSELF HAVE THE RESOURCES AND STRENGTH TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!

The program is designed to help you strengthen and use your own resources and abilities to create a better life. The following Well-Being Plan can be modified or combined with other action plans in the program, according to your special needs.

Ask for a free online introductory session so that together we can develop a plan for you.

Each plan consists of 4 online coaching/training sessions of 1 hour each, with one session per week. You will be asked to complete exercises and assignments between sessions, and you will receive additional material to reinforce learning and support your efforts.

 
 
 
 
CONTENT

Training your ability to be aware in the present moment strengthens everything you do to improve your well-being and quality of life. It has to do with raising awareness and training the "attention muscle" so that you can be here-and-now more often in everyday life.

Ample scientific evidence shows that our natural ability for mindful awareness can be used to improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state, as well as our ability to enjoy the present, be focused and create healthy interpersonal relationships.

Training in Mindfulness has also been shown to have a positive effect on conditions such as ADHD, high blood pressure, weakened immune system, sleep problems and chronic pain.

By being more present in the here-and-now you will not only experience better health and quality of life. In addition, you will feel better about yourself, which will increase your ability to create more well-being and joy in your family, in the workplace and in your life in general.

Duration: 1 month, 1 weekly session

* to discover your strengths and grow as a human being

* to discover the non-thinking dimension in yourself, where you will find silence and peace
