With more than 35 years of experience as a doctor, psychotherapist and life coach, I have become familiar with and have adopted many different theoretical models and practical techniques in psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy. I have extensive experience treating stress and anxiety disorders, depression, psychosomatic conditions, conflicts in relationships and families, as well as counselling young people and adults in challenging life situations.

In our sessions, I want to help you find your way back to the real, authentic version of yourself. This will give you the opportunity to rediscover inner powers and resources that you were born with, but that you lost touch with due to difficult situations in your childhood and youth.

By becoming more aware and getting to know yourself better, you will gain clarity about who you really are, what your needs are, what is important to you, and what you want to change/improve in your life.

I want you to be an active participant in your own personal development. I want you to feel the joy and strength of experiencing that you, yourself, can do a lot to improve your situation. That is why I in many of my therapies include training sessions of various self-help and coping techniques.

Recent research shows that psychotherapy is more effective when combined with stress management- and mindfulness training, especially in conditions like anxiety, depression, psychosomatic illnesses and low self-esteem.

Don't get stuck in unresolved emotional issues or conflicts in your life. Sometimes being able to talk to someone about your problems is an important first step on the road to healing and health.
 
 

 
 
 

Integration Session
Have you used, or are you using, psychedelics (LSD, psilocybin, ayahuasca/DMT) and/or MDMA, and feel the need to talk about your experiences? Many people encounter powerful emotional impressions, new insights, or challenging situations that can be difficult to understand and process on their own.

In an integration session, you are offered a safe space to reflect on your experiences and explore how they can find meaning in your everyday life. Together we can look at how these experiences affect you, and how you may integrate the insights in a constructive and balanced way.

My background includes 30 years of experience in South America, where I have accompanied many people in their processes after the use of psychedelics. This allows me to offer guidance that supports you in integrating your experiences in a grounded and holistic way.
