Hi, I'm Jan Moller. Welcome to my website. I am a medical doctor and psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience, specializing in stress-related health problems and mental health issues.

My work is based on the principles of Prevention and Help for Self-help. My goal is to teach you how to strengthen and utilize your own resources and abilities to create health, well-being and life quality.
